Deleting/updating your card details

To register a new card or update your existing details (like expiry date, preferred currency, etc.), head to our 'Cashier' and make a deposit.

To be redirected to the 'Cashier', press this button:

Before you submit your new deposit request, you have the options to 'Save payment method details' and to 'Make this my preferred payment method'. This is how you save your card details for next time.

How to register a new card?

If this is your first deposit with a card, you can register a card by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the 'Cashier'.
  2. Under the 'Deposit' tab, select the type of card you want to use.
  3. Enter your card details:
    • Card number (16 digits without spaces)
    • Card expiry date (month/year)
    • Three-digit Card Verification Number (located on the back of your card)
  4. To make this new card your preferred deposit option, tick the boxes called 'Save payment method details' and 'Make this my preferred payment method'.
  5. Choose one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the field.
  6. On the next screen, select a verification method:
    • Mastercard SecureCode
    • Verified by Visa password / One Time Password
  7. Review your transaction details and submit your request.

If this is not your first deposit with a card, you’ll see a list with all cards used in the past. To add a new card, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the 'Cashier'.
  2. Press 'Deposit' and select the type of card you want to use from the list of payment options.
  3. Choose one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the field.
  4. Use the green button to continue.
  5. Enter your card details:
    • Card number (16 digits without spaces)
    • Card expiry date (month/year)
    • Three-digit Card Verification Number (located on the back of your card)
  6. To make this new card your preferred deposit option, tick the boxes called 'Save payment method details' and 'Make this my preferred payment method'.
  7. On the next screen, select a verification method:
    • Mastercard SecureCode
    • Verified by Visa password / One Time Password
  8. Review your transaction details and submit your request.

How to update your current card details?

If you received a replacement card and want to update the card details registered with us, you’ll need to consider the following:

  • Is it the old card expired?
  • Does the replacement card have the same number but a different expiry date and CVV code?
  • Does the replacement card have a different number?

If your card has a different number, or if the old card is expired, you’ll just need to initiate a new deposit and register the card details following the steps mentioned above.

If the replacement card has the same number and the old card is not expired, you’ll need to contact us, so we can review the possibility of blocking your old card.
