Restoring an interrupted spin

To recover an interrupted game, restart our software on the same device you were using when the game got interrupted. This way, you can restore the interrupted spin and complete your game.

We advise you to complete your spin within 24 hours from the time the game started. Otherwise, the system will auto-complete the game. Certain vendors will finalize the games making random selections in bonus rounds, and/or playing out any pending Free Spins on your behalf.

Other vendors can only finalize the round in these cases:

• If the outcome is known at the moment of interruption.
• When the original bet is credited back to your balance.
