How to move your account to PokerStars.DE

As a resident of Germany, you can only continue playing with us on PokerStars.DE. You'll also need to use our new PokerStars.DE software. These changes are in line with German regulation.

To do so, you have to move your account to PokerStars.DE:

• If you're migrating from our website:
  1. Log in to PokerStars.EU with your current username and password.
  2. Read and accept our General Terms.

• If you're migrating by using our desktop software:

  1. Log in to our .EU software with your current username and password.
  2. Read and accept our General Terms.
  3. Download the new version of our PokerStars.DE software from here.
     

Once done:

• Fill out the Real Money form with your details and complete the verification process. You can find more information here about it here.
• We'll clear your deposit limits. You'll need to set them again at your first login to our .DE platform, together with time and loss limits.

If you choose not to complete the migration process, we won't move your account to PokerStars.DE. You'll be only able to access your account and cash out your funds.

What do I need to know?

• Your username, password and account history won't change.
• We'll transfer your balance, tournament tickets and T-Money.
• We'll move your Play Money balance to your new .DE account.
• You can access your PokerStars.DE account only from Germany.

There are only a few cases where you won't be able to complete the migration process:

• If you're self-excluded. Contact us once your self-exclusion expires and we'll help you.
• If you have a pending withdrawal. Please wait until we process your withdrawal. It can take up to 48 hours. Otherwise, you can cancel it by visiting ‘Cashier’ → ‘Pending Withdrawals'. Then, you can complete the migration process.
• If you have a negative balance. Contact us and we'll help by checking your balance with the relevant team.
• If you are active or registered in cash games or tournaments or have an active Vegas session. Complete your session or unregister from any upcoming tournaments. Once done, you can complete the migration process.
