German player confirming personal details

Players have to verify their details periodically. This is in line with German regulation.

They have 30 days to verify their details before their account gets suspended. This is to keep player accounts secure.

How do I confirm my details?

You have two easy options to confirm your details:

Option A:

  • Log in to your account and click 'Start' on the pop-up notification on your screen.

Option B:

  • Depending on the platform you are using, follow these instructions:
    • Software: Settings → Account Details → Address
    • App: Account → Personal Details → Address
    • Website: Account → Stars Account Details → Address
Step 1: Make sure all your details are up to date

The details in the form must match the ones in your identification documents.

Step 2: Wait for our electronic check

Our system will verify your details using a SCHUFA check.

If the system can't verify your details, it'll have to suspend your account and you'll need to go to step 3.

Step 3: Verify your account with documents

If electronic validation fails, send us your identification.

You can play or withdraw only once you complete the verification process.

Upload document identification

We accept any of the following documents as proof of identity (ID):

    • Passport
    • National ID card

Remember these points:

    • Your ID must be valid and not due to expire in the next 30 days.
    • Make sure that all the details are clear and legible.
    • The four corners of the document must be visible.
    • Your full ID must be in the shot with all your information visible.
    • Place the document on a plain background, like white paper.
    • The lighting must be good. To prevent any glare, don't use your device's flash.
