Take a break from playing

OASIS is the national exclusion register. It prevents all residents from playing with any licensed gambling providers in Germany.

How long can I take a break?

You can choose between these break periods:

• Short-term (3 months)
• Long-term (1 year)

What happens if I self-exclude?

When you take a break from playing:

• You can still log in to your account and access the 'Cashier' to withdraw any remaining balance. It's just that you won't be able to play any of our games or deposit.
• We'll automatically unregister you from all tournaments that begin during your break period. You'll receive back any buy-ins you paid.
• You won't receive any marketing emails or newsletters from us.

How do I set it up?

Follow these instructions, depending on the way you access your account:

• Desktop: Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude Me From Playing
• Mobile app: Account → Responsible Gaming Settings → Exclude Me From Playing
• Website: Account → Responsible Gaming → Take a break from playing

Can I reverse my exclusion and come back and play?

You can play again once your break period is over.

All you need to do is contact OASIS and they will reinstate your accounts.

We can't reverse your decision once you confirm it.

What about my bonuses?

We can’t extend any bonus offers past their expiry.
