Cross-Operator Inactive Status

When is my status active or inactive?

Your playing status is active at your first spin or when you place your first poker wager or sport bet.

You become inactive if:

• You log out.
• You disconnect for more than 120 seconds.
• You set yourself as inactive.
• You transfer your playing session from one device to another.

If you're inactive on our site and try to play, a pop-up message appears.

You'll see the same message if you're active on another operator's site. To play again on our website, you should end your session with the other operator.

How can I set myself as inactive?
