Withdrawing with PayPal
PayPal is an e-wallet that allows you to make secure online purchases. You can use it with us for both deposits and withdrawals. You can open a PayPal account by visiting their website.
Keep in mind that you can use only one PayPal account on PokerStars. Also, once you register a PayPal account with us, it can't be used by any other player.
You can withdraw with PayPal only if you've made at least one PayPal deposit in the last 12 months.
How do I withdraw funds into my PayPal account?
To withdraw with PayPal, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account. If you're using our website or mobile app:
- Hit 'Withdraw'.
- Type the amount that you want to withdraw.
- If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll see:
- The amount and the payment methods for each automatic withdrawal.
- The payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
- If you don't have any pending automatic withdrawals, select 'PayPal'.
- Follow the onscreen instructions and finish by submitting your request.
We'll send the funds in the same currency to the same PayPal account that you used for deposits. You can request up to three PayPal withdrawals every 24 hours. This timeframe starts when we approve your transaction, not when you submit the request.
If you're using our mobile app, always remember to log out before closing the app properly. If you get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before logging back in.
